BildaVoid Concrete Voidforming Systems commenced operating in December 2002. 

Mr Mancer has been in the construction industry for approximately 50 years, as the owner of a successful construction company – FJ Mancer Building Company Pty Ltd. 

Back in the 1970’s, Mr. Mancer saw a need in the construction industry for an improvement to existing methods used to create a void under a concrete slab. This came about from Fred’s experiences with reactive soil, and the damage caused to foundations and structures after construction. 

Mr Mancer spent many years perfecting a system, successfully patenting the product in Australia and New Zealand. 

We are proud of the fact that not only was BildaVoid selected for the supply of materials but also consulted in the construction of the Olympic stadium. It was placed under the end grandstands of the stadium, where it created a void, which later enabled the grandstand structures to be moved forward, thus reducing the size of the seating area.
